Dry-wet phase inversion technique was applied to prepare an integrally skinned asymmetric polymeric membrane [1, 2]. There are different methods to cast a polysolfune (PSf) dope on non-woven polyester fabric, as an intermediate layer and followed by a poly(ether block amide) (PEBA) casting as a dense layer. In this work, spin coating was used to fabricate the composite thin film [3]. After all scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transfer infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) was used to characterize the membranes [2]. Finally, the result of FTIR and SEM is interpreted the best membrane were created at 1000 rpm and 40 s for gutter layer.
