Concepts of the bio-inspired and TRIZ-inspired algorithms have been applied to solve NP hard optimization problems in the Industry, medicine, computers, etc. This study uses bio-inspired and TRIZ- inspired algorithms in the component inspection and sequence problems in printed circuit board (PCB) industry. We used bio-inspired and TRIZ-inspired algorithm concepts to find place of component from image of PCB. The sequence of component placements on the PCB and the assignment of component types to feeders were optimized.
