خلاصه مقاله:
This descriptive study aims to identify the effective factors in classroom management.Applying random clustering sampling method, the sample size consists of 550 teachers(260 men and 290 women teachers) out of all elementary school teachers in Khoy, Iran.The researcher-made questionnaire was administered. The questionnaire validity wasconfirmed by Lawashe Method. Cronbach`s Alpha was employed to calculate thereliability. The results indicate that a difference is found among teachers concerningclassroom management styles. No difference is found in gender-based classroommanagement styles. Classroom management styles are different concerning workingexperience. No difference is found among men and women teachers concerningclassroom management.
