خلاصه مقاله:
Today, it is the key requirements of each organization to have a certain program and assess how to achieve them in order to develop increasingly. So, this research has been conducted to analyze the development of strategic pattern of WASYO based on BSC model .This study is qualitative one and has been conducted in the field; participants in this research include all sports and management elites of West Azarbaijan. Both the participant size and sample size have been considered 89 participants. Nevertheless, a questionnaire prepared based on strategic plan and Chi – square test were applied in this research, too. The results of this study show that the obtained strategy of the primary study is matched up to four perspectives of BSC model (P≤ ( 05 / 0. It seems that according to the present results and the results of previous studies, in order to achieve the strategic purposes and at last, the institutional aims in WASYO in every aspect of perspective - which should be in accordance with the objectives of that perspective - the pre- determined and required actions, creations and practical plans should be performed
