خلاصه مقاله:
In this research silica spheres were successfully synthesized with a very uniform size of about 400 nm. Then the layers of YVO4:Eu3+ on the silica spheres were formed significantly via solgeltechnique through using different ratios of ethanol/water. In order to characterize the synthesized core-shell phosphors, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform IR (FT-IR), fieldemission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), high resolution transmission electronmicroscope (HRTEM), X- ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), photoluminescence (PL) were employed. It was concluded that when the calcinations temperature is up to 800 °C, the significant luminescent properties of core shell synthesized phosphors can be obtained in a situation that during synthesis the ratio of ethanol to water has been fixed to 6
