PVDF is one of the most widely used polymers in the field of membrane and membrane processes. In many applications, hydrophobicity is one of the most features for membrane performance. Hence, the attempt is to produce membranes with hydrophobic properties. In this study, PVDF electrospun nanofiber membrane is covered by a mixture of PVDF and silica nanoparticles which was modified by 1H,1H,2H,2H perfluorodecyltrimethoxysilan and the effect of increasing the amount of nanoparticles is studied
