Attempts have been made to improve the mechanical along with processability properties of Polyethylene (PE) by using a new catalyst synthesis and sequential polymerization using two or more reactors in series. Low molecular polymer is produced in the first reactor and high molecular weight polymer in the second. A comprehensive analysis was operated. The results of all analysis were confirmed a complete conformity between produced PE and commercial grade accompanied by higher activity and productivity
