خلاصه مقاله:
This study considers the effect of incorporating nanoclay (Closite 30B), immersion temperature and time on the gel content and rate of crosslinking of PVC foams. Cross-linked PVC foams were prepared using a discontinuous process in three stages. The gel content of the samples was determined by immersing the samples in tetrahydrofuran (THF) for 24h. Results showed that effect of immersion temperature on the rate and degree of crosslinking is more obvious than immersion time as well as the rate constant for foams immersed in steam was higher than the other samples.
