خلاصه مقاله:
In this study, the improving of mechanical properties of ternary blend based on Polyamide 6 (PA6)/Polycarbonate (PC)/Acrylonitrile-Butadiene Rubber (NBR) were performed by addition of organoclay nano particles. The mixing of components was performed via melt mixing process by Brabender Mixer at fixed processing conditions including 250 ˚C, 60 rpm. The content of PA6 was varied in four levels including 80, 77, 75, and 73 wt.%, and also the contents of organoclay was 0, 3, 5, and 7 wt.%. The three experiments of mechanical tests have been selected for consideration the mechanical properties of unfilled blend consisting of PA6/PC/NBR and compared with nanocomposites prepared by PA6/PC/NBR/organoclay(Cloisite®30B). The results showed that stress at break and Young s modulus increased when the nanoclay was increased
