A recent approach in drug delivery is delivering drug with specific rate by using skin as a site of application [1]. In past decay much attention has been paid to the transdermal drugdelivery systems (TDDS) since they have many advantages; it should be considered that they have some limitation in theirfabrications [1, 4]. It is rather well-known, some factors such as penetration enhancer and pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA)can influence on the rate of release drug and adhesion properties of transdermal drug in adhesive patch (DIAP) [3, 4]. Present study investigated the effect of differentpenetration enhancer on adhesion properties of PSA such as peel strength and tack properties
