خلاصه مقاله:
Poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) have already been reported as selective membrane for CO2 and as a rubbery polymer is suitable for formation of nanocomposite materials withflexible interfacial morphology, which can effectively decrease the nonselective defects [1]. Also, nano grapheneplatelets (nanoGO), recently discovered, are considered as alow cost replacement of carbon nanotubes for enhancing mechanical properties as well as electrical conductivity ofnanocomposite materials. Nanocomposite membranes, consisting of PDMS/nanoGO, are expected to hold potential toproduce a viable gas membrane in near future. Hence the creation and characterization of such materials would be of interest. This work reports on the design and characterizationof a nanocomposite membrane based on PDMS/GO for CO2/CH4 separation purposes
