Cycloaliphatic epoxy resins has many interesting properties such as high thermal and photo oxidative stability and low viscosity. They also show high reactivity under photocationicconditions. Therefore, they are used widely in UV-curing coating industry, UV-curing printing inks and microelectronics. However they have low reactivity incomparison to the acrylate-based UV-curing resins [1-3]. To overcome this limitation, hybrid monomers weresynthesized by esterification of cycloaliphatic epoxide with acrylic acid. As the hybrid monomers have both oxiran groups and unsaturated carbon double bonds, they could be polymerized simultaneously by cationic and radical photopolymerizations [1].In this study, the kinetic of cycloaliphatic epoxide-acrylate viaesterification of cycloaliphatic epoxy resin (CAE) with acrylic acid in the presence of thriphenylphosphine (TPP) was studied
