silk fibroin (SF) is an attractive biomaterials and had long been employed as textile fiber and surgical suture and in recent years used in tissue engineering because of it’s uniqueadvantages such as: biocampability, mechanical[1] chemical permeability[2, 3], good water vapor and oxygenpermeability[4].Poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) is a linear or branched neutral polyether that have HO–(CH CH O) –H as a repeating unit[5].Polyethylene glycol (PEG) is a water solubleamphilipatic Polymers and with many different molecular weights that exhibits useful properties such as proteinresistance, non toxicity[5]. In this study , porous SF nanofiber were prepared via selective dissolution technique. SF/PEG blend solution informic acid were electrospun and PEG selectively extracted with water
