خلاصه مقاله:
Electrospun nanofibers have received much attention because of their biomedical application. In order to develop electrospun nanofibers, surfaces of electrospun nanofibershave been chemically modified for achieving appropriate adsorption of biomolecules or even bioconjugation [1]. Polycaprolactone (PCL) is a well known material for biomedical applications. Despite biodegradability, good mechanical properties, and high spinability of PCL,application of PCL electrospun nanofibers for adsorption or conjugation of biomolecule on its surface is challengeable dueto lack of reactive functional group. We used wet chemical method for surface modification of elelctrospun PCL.
