خلاصه مقاله:
Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs) has been incorporated in GlassFiber Reinforced Polymers (GFRPs) in different methods toimprove their Interlaminar Shear Strength (ILSS). Inaddition, the influence of Glass Fiber Textures (GTs)surface quality has been evaluated in various short beamstrength experiments. For this purpose, CNTs incorporatedin epoxy and GTs, in different routes, on diverse quality ofGTs, and with assorted lay-ups to evaluate the nano scaleinteractions in GFRP’s interface during shear loads.Dispersing CNTs in epoxy increased the ILSS of GFRPsabout 5% when simple GTs utilized. Deposition of CNTson simple GTs will improve the ILSS more than chemicallytreating GTs in the composite layers. CNT-dispersed epoxydid not recognize effective to escalate GFRP’s interfaceinteractions. Best ILSS progress achieved around 32% whenCNTs deposited on treated GTs and utilized in core layersof GFRPs.
