خلاصه مقاله:
In the present work, Polyaniline/titania/nickel oxidenanocomposite (PTN) were synthesized by Self-assemblychemical oxidative polymerization of aniline monomers,under 2 atm N2 gas, in the presence of 20 and 40 wt% oftitania (TiO2) and nickel oxide (NiO) grains, respectively.The sensitivity and response/recovery time of sensor underdifferent hydrogen gas (H2) atmosphere were evaluated bythe change of the sensor resistance. Resistance-sensingmeasurement was exhibited an sensitivity about 3% with asignificant response/recovery time of 45 sec and 76 sec at0.4 vol% H2 under ambient conditions. In addition, PTNsensor had sensitivity toward different vol% H2 from 0.4 to0.8 vol%.
