This study has been done on the relationship between organizational culture and organizational agility in Agricultural Bank of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province; it is an applied and descriptive-field research also the studyis correlational. The statistical population was all employees in Agricultural Bank of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province and 260 subjects were selected as the statistical population by using Morgan table. After analyzing data, it was clear that the increase in each indicator of organizational culture leads to increase agility in Agricultural Bank of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province
