Cavity wax is new material which used in Iran khodro Company for new lines in L90 (Tondar) and Suzuki Productions . wax may be sprayed in to the interior panel cavities of doors, hoods, and deck lids to provide additional corrosion resistance. This technical report presents a necessity of Cavity Wax for export cars and also for rising corrosion warranty in Automaker Companies. And also presents causes of corrosion in car bodies ,Result of ED break down test results in Iran Khodro , which part of bodies should apply Wax, application methods and difference between application methods, Paint on body and part of Wax application (Under Body Wax) , Different types of waxes materials, Different types of waxes materials, Specifications of Hot Waxes and Air drying waxes. This report is good for guide to general information of why Automakers use anti rust wax for their productions and how use it.
