In research on absorption capacity and industrial clusters so far, the most received research has been to investigate the effects ofcluster absorption capacities on cluster learning and innovation and the improvement of their capability levels, since innovationhas led to the promotion of development Economically, clusters are essential for survival and market leadership and growth, inorder to have technological, organizational and marketing innovations. Various studies have shown that gaining knowledge fromcluster or external cluster resources and knowledge structure in clusters is important, but not all clusters have the same ability tobenefit from external knowledge sources, and not all cluster organizations are exposed to external knowledge. To achieve this,how clusters communicate with their external environment is necessary to investigate factors such as the amount of internal andexternal communication, and the cluster organization s openness to external knowledge and the performance and the cluster’sknowledge and business networks. In this paper, we try to explain the importance of measuring the absorption capacity oforganizations and the effective factors in promoting the types of innovations in the cluster by examining the animal husbandrycluster as a case study. In this regard, the dimensions of the process of absorption capacity of organizations and their innovativeperformance as well as in-cluster analytical factors were collected and evaluated through interviews and questionnaires, and theirimportance in promoting the level of learning and the ability of clusters and their economic development were presented.
