By increasing development of humanities, especially social sciences and law in social, political and economic fields and their undeniable effect on all components of human societies, some dramatic variations can be seen in different fields of civilization, especially in urban and urbanization. The concept of citizen and citizenship rights is today one of major issues in less developed countries and even undeveloped ones. So that, despite lack of many scientific and cultural developments and even no adequate social awareness of these concepts, the governments of such countries have predicted these cases in their constitution and the elites try to use these concepts such as citizenship rights to achieve more dynamic and efficient society. Since architecture has been always affected by philosophical, sociological and law principles and even affected them as well, it has a pivotal role in this field. According to environmental psychology perspective in this case, surrounding environment has a deep effect on the people’s mind and it should be noted that one of major components of a citizen’s environment involves the spaces, formed by architectural elements. Architecture and urbanization have significant effect on making and identifying behavior of people in society. In this study, we are sought to investigate the role of citizenship rights in creating architectural space and the effect of architecture mutually on this main principle of these days.
