خلاصه مقاله:
In this work we studied the rate of erosion in walls of fluidized bed by gas velocity & profile of gas entering to fluidized bed. The model had simulated by MFIX program in eulerian – lagrangian mode. In fact the way it was presented for the simulation of wear in fluid beds. MFIX output data by ParaView software classified according to Matlab input. Particles hit the wall can be found in the Matalb software with the data processing algorithm proposed in this article. Effect of change of inlet gas velocity and distribution on wall erosion had studied.Wall erosion had increase linierly by increasing of inlet gas velocity. wall erosion will increase when gas entering completly in side of fluidized bed distributor altering smoothly to entering completely in centeral jet. Because the overall structure of the all formul erosion between particle & wall are equal; the results of this work are valid qualititivly for all materials.
