خلاصه مقاله:
The constrained groove pressing process, with the microstructure of sizes from micron to Nano, results in the production of higher-strength sheets. For numerical evaluation of this process, DEFROM software has been used and to optimize the results, the experimental design of Taguchi method with three factors and three levels was used as an array of L9. Copper sheet with Grade A was carried out by constrained groove pressing process during two passes at room temperature with a shear friction coefficient of 1.0 and a pivot speed of 0.1, 1 and 10 mm.s-1 under severe plastic deformation. The numerical results obtained from empirical experiments were validated on a sample. The parameters studied in this research include the effect of severe plastic deformation on mechanical properties, force variations and finally the optimization of three factors of pivot movement speed, tooth angle of die and initial temperature of the sheet based on effective parameters. Because of cracking and reducing the plasticity of the sample, limiting the number of passes per sheet is possible. The results of optimization of the three effective factors on the degree of damage, the highest distribution of effective strain in the copper specimen and the required force for performing the process for the two pass process were evaluated
