Medyawati and Mabruri (2012) argue that globalization encourages competition in all fields of business to become more competitive. Success in this competition is determined by forecasting the market and responding quickly to any change in the courting consumer behavior, including the use of technology, the Internet. In recent years, the amount of internet use is increasing at an incredible speed, making the Internet a people s first reference to information. One of the tools of accessing information in the virtual world is website. The Web site is a gateway to the virtual world that enabled users to connect and connect users to electronic information. Web sites are a structured collection of data, which are represented in text format, graphic images, and film, given the importance of this technology in the event of information, it can be expected that much information is available on the web site, so that it is possible to name them as the richest intelligence treasury in the world. Due to the increasing growth of internet capabilities and increased access to it, the number of visitors today has increased, and the importance of web site quality has become more and more attention. on the other hand, according to the advantages of individual technologies that have created the internet technology especially the global web network, nowadays less organizations, institutions, or private or private organizations can be found to have no information on site design or database (Nazdar, 2015). In September 2003, 604 million people worldwide have internet access and the internet is assumed to be an important channel for marketing. Marketers can identify the target customers. The Internet provides needs and communication with relatively little cost (Larges et al, 2004).
