چکیده مقاله:

Polymeric carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) grafted gold nanoparticles as a large category of organic-inorganic hybrid polymers with porous structures have received large attention because of their multi-functional hybrid system and antimicrobial processability of polymer parts in engage of gold particles [1-2]. In classic polymerization of nanoparticles with polymers a big problem arises from the weak interaction between polymers and nanoparticle surfaces in which the mixed composite normally separated from each other in solvents. So, in is important that in polymer selection for any hybridization the structure of that have to have good chemical functional group with high density of electron. Herein we selected CMC with carboxylic acid and carboxylate functional group which it is best one from the electron density power. In this case, one pot Au-NPs firstly generated by chemical wet reduction of gold ions by NaBH4. Then the activated CMC was added to that and after 5 h, the AuNPs@CMC were generated. After structural investigation by TEM, SEM, FTIR, XRD et al., we started it for biological properties studies. In this study, the in-vitro antibacterial activity of the AuNPs@CMC was evaluated against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus growth according to a previous method. The values of the growth inhibition zone (GIZ), MICs and MBCs compounds against the bacteria studied are summarized and will show in poster.
