چکیده مقاله:

Medical devices are necessary for safe and efficient prevention, diagnosis, therapy and renewal of sickness. The access of health-related development and advancement targets upon appropriate production, regulation, scheme, assessment, learning, management and use of medical devices that are of well quality, safe and suitable with the settings in which they are applied. Most medical and surgical devices used in healthcare facilities are built of materials and components that are heat stable and so undergo heat, firstly steam, sterilization. Sterilization annihilates all microorganisms on the surface of a material or in a liquid to prevent illness transfer related with the utilization of that item. The significance of what forms sterile is measured as a likelihood of sterility for each item to be sterilized. This likelihood is generally referred to as the sterility assurance level (SAL) of the final product and is described as the likelihood of a single viable microorganism happening on a final product after sterilization. In this new article, we proposed a new method for medical devices sterilization via a new reactor design with applying combination of O3(ozone)/O2(oxygen)/UV(ultraviolent) radiation with rotational forced convection flows.
