چکیده مقاله:

With the introduction of IC technologies, the area of second and foreign (S/F) language pedagogy has adapted itself to these new developments in terms of technology assisted language learning. Digital technologies need new skills and competences, i.e. digital literacy, necessary for education and schooling and even life and work in 21st century. Similarly, the concept of interaction has undergone fundamental changes. This new form of interaction needs more analysis in new platforms proposed by IC and digital technologies. Therefore, the present study tries to probe more deeply into the concept of interaction in these new mediums of instruction in S/F language pedagogy in terms of its challenges, opportunities, strengths and weaknesses.
