استفاده از باگاس و ضایعات برداشت چوب اکالیپتوس در تولید تخته خرده چوب

In this study, utilization of Bagasse and logging residues of Eucalyptus wood in particle board production were investigated. UF resin was employed to produce particle board in laboratory plant scale using three categories of manufacturing parameters, i.e., two board type levels, three pressing time level, and three resin content levels. Three boards were manufactured for each combination of variables, and samples of all boards were tested according to the methods of DIN standard. As main mechanical technological properties modulus of rupture (MOR), modulus of elasticity (MOE), and internal bond strength (IB) were determined. Also, samples of each board were tested for thickness swelling and water absorption after soaking in water for 2 hours and 24 hours respectively. In addition all the mechanical and physical properties of boards were derived from analysis procedures. The results of this study show clearly that 3 layers boards made feature better properties than the single layer boards and they achieved requirements which is recommended by DIN standard particularly inspect of mechanical properties.
