This study was designed to compare the effects of an experimented inactive bivalent vaccine of Newcastle disease and avian Influenza (H9N2) consist Aluminum hydroxide gel as adjuvant and two commercial inactive bivalent vaccines (with ISA70) against same viruses (RAZI ND-AI and Merial ND-AI). Aluminum Hydroxide gel act with depot effect, particulating the antigen and actives TH2 cells and MHC dependent cells to provoke humoral response. The study was established on injection the above vaccines to 21 days healthy chickens, after 3 weeks, the chickens were bleeded for 6 weeks. The separated and treated serums were tested for HI. Although the results showed the relative strength and stability of the two commercial vaccines in compare with the experimental vaccine but the HI results of this one against both of the viruses was a little above the protective limit. Finally it can be recommended to study the combination of the Aluminum hydroxide gel with some immunomodulators such as gama inolin, mono phospory lipid A or GBA to make an effective and inexpensive vaccine for broilers.
