بررسی مقایسه ای کاریتیوپی و گامتوژنیسیته فاسیولا هپاتیکا و ژیگانتیکا

In this study F.hepatica and F.gigantica were collected from sheep livers. After washing and preparing of cell sLlsperz.sion, karyotyping and gametogenesis study of liver fluke were investigated by means of the air-drying and squashing methods. In' the present study, we found eight primary spennatocytes in rossette from of 20 diploid chromosomes as well as individual primary oocyte. The twenty chromosomes consisted of 1 pair of large ,3 pairs of medium and 6 pairs of small sized. No karyotpic difference were observed between the spennatogonial and ogonial cells. In addition, no signficant difference in length and shape of chromosomes of two species of Fasciola were observed.
