بررسی توسعه تنوع ژنتیکی از طریق دورگ گیری و بررسی نتایج نسل ‭F1 ‬ژنوتیپهای گندم دوروم

Hybridization is one of the methods for increasing genetic variation in crops. In this study, creation of genetic variation was the main objective. 56 Fl crosses were created by crossing between selected parents in the 2006-07 cropping season. In the next cropping season (2007-08), genetic materials consist of 57 genotypes selected from national durum wheat germplasm and many crosses made among them, where even 14 FI dururn wheat populations were obtained. In the 2007-08, the 56 FI populations were evaluated and 36 populations were selected as bulk method for more evaluation in the next generation.
