In order to Gene Bank Development this research was done. it began since 1382 and continued for four years. There are more than 120 drug plant species in semnan province. in this research from among of them selected 25 species that were super abundance in semnan province range and then the base of national instruction Gene Bank, were collected sample seed from different accesion. drug plant and send to Gene Bank. in duration of inplementation design,to segration of years (1382-1386) the number of accesion was sent 41, 166, 375, 83 respectvely (Total 665) In this survey were recognised , distribution point, Geographical latitude gand longitude، Altitude of sea level,Edible uses, medicinal uses, andpropagation.
