چکیده طرح پژوهشی:

The aim of project to was identification of location of two medicinal species in Hamadan province, Thymus fallax Fisch. & C. A. Mey and T. polium L. and studing essential oil yields of these species. . Survey method of vegetation of Thymus fallax Fisch. & C. A. Mey (in 11localities ) and T. polium L. ( in 5 localities) was new Eco-Phytosociologi method. The aerial parts of specimen was harvested at full flowering stage in each habitate and also soil samples were collected. essential oils were obtained from the air-dried aerial parts by hydrodistillation. Constituents of the essential oils were identified by GC and GC/Mass . The result of this project was identification of habitates of two species, companion species and aut-ecology in each studied habitate. The highest yield of atahymus oil belongs to the specimen collected from Hamadan,5 km to Asadabad city ,Galebour region ,in endogenous milieu of Galium mite , 2230-2300 m. The lowest yield of essential oil belongs specimen collected from Hamadan, road of Gangname to Tuiserkan ,near of gorge , 2450 m In essential oil of Thymus fallax16 compounds were indentified, including: Characteristic compounds of essential oil of Thymus fallax in full flowering stage including: Thymol (%14. 6-%60. 4), p-cymene (%3. 3-%11. 8), -Terpineol (%. 02-%23. 1),Linalool (%0. 26-%13. 9),Borneol(%0. 43-%9. 6) ,Camphene( %0. 17-%3. 8), - terpinen (%2. 3-%9. 2) and Carvarcrol (%0. 9-%36. 2). Four chemotypes were suggested including: thymol chemotype,carvacrol chemotype, thymol- carvacrol chemotype and -terpineol chemotype. Essential oils of Teucrium. polium from 5 were obtained . The highest yield of Teucrium oil was obtained from the specimen was collected from Hamadan,After dare moradbaig region, right side, Alvand heights , 2220 m and lowest yield oil belongs to specimen was collected from Hamadan, roade of Malayer ,roade of Javzan village , Lashkardar heights , 1850 m. Twenty four constituents were identified in the oil of T. polium including: -pinene (%5. 8-%14. 9), -pinene (%7-%4. 3),limonen(%4. 1-%6. 3), caryophyllene (%3. 3-%11. 6),germacrene-D (%1. 8-%11. 8) , borny acetate(%22. 3), cymol(%16. 6) and bicyclogermacrene( %1. 8-%9. 9). 2 chemotypes were suggested including: borny acetate-cymol chemotype and - pinene chemotype.
