بررسی ریزازدیادی اوکالیپتوس میکروتکا‭(Eucalyptus microtheca F.Muell)‬

To examine the probability of asexual propagation in dr9ught and salt resistant genotypes of Eucalyptus micro theca, selected through a previous acclimation test in Iranian provinces, there were collected explants from plus trees in three research stations of Deheno, Nourabad-e Mamasani and Gherebaigan in Fars province; and Albagi in Khuzistan province. It was shown that the best sterilization was achieved by using the following treatment: 10 gli Benomyl, 60 seconds immersion in 70% Ethanol and 5 minutes in 10% Hypochlorite. Uninodal and binodal microcuttings were successfully established in.MS medium containing IBA and BA 0.1 mgll each. Apical buds were not competitive in comparison with distal and median microcuttings. In proliferation phase there were tested 30 hormonal combinations/doses, 1/2 Nitrate, MS and half strength MS. We obtained long shoots that were losing their vegetative vigor after the third subculture, even used different techniques like: horizontal culture of microcuttings, decreased sucrose, dark treatment, bilayer techniques and hormonal changes. Neither leaf culture showed any organogenesis. The passi'le signals began with very low growth; stem diameter decreasing in lower part immerged in medium, browning of central axes and leaf fall.
