بررسی ایجاد لاین های جدید و مطلوب کرم ابریشم ‭.Bombyx mori L ‬از طریق طلاقی بین سه لاین والد چینی تجاری موجود

In this study three chinese commercial pure lines of silkworm were used to improve the production and resistance traits and introduction of new chinese pure lines. In this regard two high productive chinese pure lines namely 104 and 32 and one high resistant Chinese pure line i.e. 110 along with their combinations 110x104, 110x32,104x110 and 32 were implemented from 1999 during 4 years breeding plan. Single moth egg laying were used for rearing and selection which followed by fullsib crosses from 2nd generation in each egg laying. Some quantitive characters including moth fecundity, incubation rate of eggs, larval duration, single cocoon weight, cocoon shell per centage as well as larval and pupal vitality along with important qualitive traits including egg color, shape of larval marking, cocoon form and patterns of larval growth were investigated for new lines introduction. The obtained results showed the bet ter performance of 110x104 and 110x32 as new Chinese lines which can be utilized as commercial lines after combining ability and local adaptability tests.
