بررسی تهیه وارزیابی واکسن کنسانتره وبای مرغان با استفاده از پاستورلامولتوسیدا سروتیپ ‭A1‬

Fowl cholera or pasteurellosis is known as an important bacterial disease of poultry. Vaccination is the most effective tool for prevention of the disease. In spite of good efficacy, the dose volume (one ml) of the Razi fowl cholera vaccine is a disadvantage. In the present study, a dense culture of P.multocida serotype A was produced and precipitated by aluminum potassium sulfate. The vaccine concentration was adjusted as half ml contains effective dose ( , x CFU) of organism. The concentrated vaccine did not produce any local or general side effect or reaction. It produced desirable protection against challenge with wild P.multocida strain. The sera titer of the vaccinated chickens was measured by ELISA.
