بررسی استفاده از اتیلن ایمین در غیر فعال سازی ویروسها در تولید واکسن های غیر فعال تک گانه نیوکاسل و آنفلوانزای طیور

This study was established on comparatively inactivation effects of Formalin and Binary Ethylenimine (BEI) to Newcastle disease virus (V4), HA=10 and EID50/ml =9.67 and Avian Influenza virus (H9N2), HA=10 and EID50/ml =10, to apply for making inactivated NDV and AIV vaccines. The optimum molarities, temperature and time for inactivation the viruses with BEI were determined. They were 0.004 M/L, 19 and 21 hours and 30 c .Inactivation with Formalin was taken place in routine way in our vaccines, (0.1% concentration for 16 hours in 37 c). The experimental oiled inactivated vaccines of NDV and AI were prepared of the viruses inactivated with BEI and Formalin separately (EONA and FONA). These experimental vaccines were tested for their efficiency in the 21 days old chickens. Results of sera HI tests showed: BEI inactivated NDV vaccine gave higher antibody titers than Formalin inactivated NDV vaccine and Formalin inactivated AIV vaccine gave higher antibody titers than BEI inactivated AIV vaccine.
