in macro part the researches are national or vernacular and in micro part are regional, which in this level the writer's survey has been accomplished in order to recognize the reasons and economical and social motives of bush ablate in the summer range lands worth of semnan city. which the present research bas only surveyed summer range land of north of semnan city and about thirty percent of province nomad spend summer grazing period in this are that include of sangesary numads about 239 househuld with 1226 persons. the independent parvary tribe with 264 household and 1698 persons. chashmi and Hiekuee and shely and ... tribes wholly with 150 household and about 930 persons totally 653 househuld and abuut 3854 persons. in order to do this research we have used the social survey questionnaire technique , and observable method. First after recognition, we have devided the statistic society accurding to primary particulars and qualities to 3 nomad stage (sangesary,independent parvary, chashmi and Hiekoee and shely and etc) and from each stage we have choesn samples. in this method, the sample content of each stage is proportionate with population content which we call it proportional stratified random sampling and by the use of statistic methud totally we chuse 70 person independent parvary tribe,69 person sangesary, 68 person chasmi, hiekoee, shely and etc which the result show the most important reasons and economical and social motives of bush ablate.for getting to other guals of plan such as recognition of using bushes,the kind of bushes and to estimate the measure of ablated bushes (number and quality), survey uf fossil fuel, we have used observable and survey method in 17 khil.in this research we have lionized such goals and hypotheses.A.goals(aims): 1. To recognize the most importanat reasons and economical and social motives of bush ablate in the model of plan hypotheses. 2. To recognize using bushes. 3.To estimate the measures of ablated bushes and the kind of consumption. 4.The survey of fossil fuel B. Hypotheses: 1. The necessity uf bush for the beneficiaries is one of the reasons of bush ablate. 2. The problems of perparation of fuel materials such as oil is another reasons of bush ablate. 3. The legal and judicial problems The results show that: 1. The first- second and third hypotheses of plan have been affirmed. 2. oil is the best and the most profitable fossil fuel in the considerable region.3. The total price of fossile fuell (gas and oil) is different between the center of township and considerable pastures. 4. The whol measure of bush ablate during the summer grazing period 120 days in area is about 2350/8 Ton. The most amound of fire bush consumption in area is in order to produce diary and less amount for producing tea and building consumption.
