بررسی مقایسه راندمان پرواری سه نژاد از نژادهای موجود در پرواربندیهای گوسفند منطقه فم

This experiment was conducted to evaluate and compared performance of three breed of lambs. Duration of experiment was 84 days. Lambs included two nativeZandi and Kalkoi) and one nonnativekordi) breeds. Protein and energy level of diets were the same for all experimental units2381 KcalME/kg & 14.42% CP) and were calculated on dry matter bases.Diets were fed in total mixed ration and ad libitum and lambs had free access for water and salt. Experimental design was complete randomized block with three replicates for each treatment(breedand 90 heads of lambs were allocated to each' breed and measured traits were body weight,feed consumption,gain,feed conversion ratio, carcass efficiency and final cost per kg gain.Data were recorded three times through experiment and subjected to statistical analysis. Gain and feed comsumption of kordi breed was significantly higher than that of other breedsp<0.05). Feed conversion ration in zandi breed was significantly greater than that of other breeds. Carcass efficiency carcass weight in proportion to empty body weight before slaughter was not different among treatments. Cost per gain were 1560, 1585 and 1807 Rial for kalkoi and kordi and zandi breeds, respectively. Therefor, kalkoi breed was prefered in this 'regard.
