toimflement this researchtTrst ne necessary studies were earried out regarding the region's pedology and precipitation analyses. Based on the analyses the project boundry was determined and then three treatments (control, furriwing and pitting) were selected and scored each with three replications in order to prevent undisired water From entering experimental basins and also blocking the Flow of water between the basins through making ridges proportional to the water entering each basin , so the forming a two meter distance between the basin's.in order to collect waste water and the basin's. sediment at the end of each basin's slope a Pond was constructed along with a pit to discharge the collected water into the pits. In order to determine the soil moisture rate gypsum blocks. Were buried in the depths of 25,50 am 75 centimeteres at the four corners of each basin. Also a rain gauge was installed to on the progect site to measurs the goin's precipitation rate. During the implementation. Period of the project required data were collected and their medians were compared with each other. Obtaind results show that with an probability of %99 there is a significant diffference between the medians in other words the effect of the soil uegetation cover is different. Also the medians of the data related to furrowing and pitting methods were compared with each other statisticaly , though their data are different and the data related to furroing and pitting methods were compared with each other statistiealy , though their data are different and the data related to contour furrowing seem more suitable but statistieally there is no significant diffrence between them because of a lack of adequate precipitation no change was seem in the quantity and quality of the cantrall and pitting basins. But in all contour furrowing basins on the everage ten seedlings of hammada salicoricas grew. Through disperison of their seds and were about to be stablished.
