چکیده مقاله:
With the rapid growth of technology, health care organizations use different clinical information systems. The electronic health record is one of the clinical information systems that have many advantages. Due to a large number of nurses in health care organizations, the purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the acceptance of electronic health records by nurses. Methods: This review study was conducted in 1399 using the keywords Electronic health record, Nurses, Acceptance and Persian equivalents in SID, Science Direct, Magiran, Irandoc databases, and PubMed and Google scholar search engines. This search was conducted based on English and Persian articles without any time limit in July 2020. In this study, articles published in reputable journals were reviewed, and articles presented in conferences and dissertations were deleted. The retrieved articles were reviewed, and the data were entered into a researcher-made table. Results: From the search of 4 mentioned databases and applying search restriction, 11 useful articles were used in the present study by examining the titles and abstracts of related articles in Iran and the United States. In these studies, the lowest number of samples was 62, and the highest number of samples was 357 people. Findings showed that the influential factors in accepting EHR include: familiarity and level of computer knowledge (1 study), understanding the features and benefits of EHR (8 studies), holding a workshop (1 study), ease of use (7 studies), age and work experience ( 2 studies), user training (5 studies), user participation (6 studies), optional use of the system (2 studies), incentive mechanism (2 studies), flexibility (2 studies), technical support (1 study), powerful Being a system (1 study), screen resolution and quality (SH (1 study), user interface (R (1 study)), security and confidentiality (3 studies), understanding the system (2 studies). Conclusion: Many factors influence the acceptance of EHR, which have the most significant impact on the ease of use, user participation, and understanding of its benefits. Standardization and harmonization of nursing reports according to the technical and content standards of electronic health records and the use of electronic data recording software to record nursing reports will reduce errors and reduce the nursing sector's workload. Also, holding workshops and training classes related to electronic health records will increase the electronic health record system acceptance among nursing staff.
