چکیده مقاله:

Introduction: The Internet of Things has significantly affected the health industry and is continuously offering new tools with various applications to create a health care system to improve care. In this article, the use of the Internet of Things in nursing was studied. It can be used in the planning of techniques and the design of IoT-based tools for inpatient care. Methods: This research is a review study conducted in 1399, first in search of resources related to research in the scientific databases of the web of science, Elsevier, pro quest, and Google, Pubmed and scholar search engines using the keywords IoT and IoT Nursing and IoT Performance and Internet of Thing in Nursing were performed. Articles were searched between 2015 and 2020 based on English and Persian languages. After clinical and review studies, related articles were selected by researchers and entered into the study. Results: From the search of 5 mentioned databases and applying search restriction, ten useful articles were used in the present study by examining the titles and abstracts of related articles. Findings showed that IoT technology: safety and security and improving patient care (2 studies) saving time and money (1 study), reducing problems and limitations in providing nursing services (2 studies) and controlling the mentally ill (1 study) In another study, the feasibility and security of the Internet of Things was examined, and in other studies, mobile phones were used as a means of communicating with the Internet of Things. Selected studies have discussed IoT-based innovation and its high capabilities. Technology has come to the fore in nursing care. Conclusion: IoT technology offers innovations for the use of primary nursing care. Although these innovations are emerging and still in the early stages, the Internet of Things is vaguely accepted in nursing. In the not-too-distant future, nursing science will benefit from deeper participation in engineering research in the field of health. Imam The most critical challenge is to change some personnel's behavior in acute centers and long-term care to cope with new technology. The effects of electromagnetic radiation and signal strength problems are other challenges.
