چکیده مقاله:

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a heterogeneous disease of the colon and rectum that is mainly caused by an adenomatous polyp or adenoma. The estimations of international agencies stratified CRC as the third most common cancer. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play critical roles in cell regulation through RNA binding, degradation, transcription, and translation. they contribute to CRC through interaction with DNA, RNA, and proteins as tumorsuppressor or oncogene. Preliminary studies have shown how the expression of microRNAs are in relation with abnormalities whichare characteristics of many diseases such as cancer. Tumor progression, and its response to the treatment are well documented by microRNA profile changes, which in turn suggesting their potential applicability as predictive, diagnostic, and prognostic biomarkers. According to bioinformatic databases and studies of The Cancer Genome Atlas site, two lncRNA FAM138E, lncRNA CLRN1-AS1 were selected to study the colorectal cancer, then searching in different databases like NCBI, mirbase, mirwalk, david to achieve our goals. Finally, we predicted that in people suffering from colorectal cancer, the expression of lncRNA FAM13E and lncRNA CLRN1-AS1 should be raised; therefore, inhibiting the miRNAs 217 and 216b, and ultimately leads in to the increase in theexpression of the KRAS gene and activate the cancer pathways
