چکیده مقاله:
Almost ۳۰۹ species and infraspecifictaxa of macroalgae including ۷۸ Chlorophyta(within ۱۵ families), ۷۰ Ochrophyta(Phaeophyceae; within ۷ families) are and۱۶۱ Rhodophyta (within ۳۰ families) listedin coastal line of the Persian Gulf and iranianwater of Oman Sea. Among them, Sargassumilicifolium, a dominant brown seaweed,which was used as a part of aquaticanimal feed in order to investigate its effecton physico chemical formulated feed. Twoisocaloric diets (۳۳۶ kcal metabolizable energy/۱۰۰g diet) containing ۳۳% crude protein,with and without inclusion of brownseaweed S. ilicifilium (۰ and ۱۵, replacedon protein resources of shrimp diet) wereused. Seaweed supplement in formulatedfeed not only improved the humidity absorbance(۱۱۰.۲۰%±۵.۰۰%) and stability ofpellet feed in seawater (۹۸.۱۱±۳.۲۳%) comparedto the control but also acted as the bestbinder and increased the periods of leachingpellet (۵.۲۰±۰.۵۰) when they were droppedin seawater. It can be replaced instead ofvitamin and mineral premixes when thefeed is enriched by vitamin pyridoxine (۶.۴mg.۱۰۰-۱ seaweed DW) and minerals cobalt(۰.۰۶ mg.۱۰۰-۱ seaweed DW) and zinc (۱.۱mg.۱۰۰-۱ seaweed DW).
