Introduction and goal;Infectious diseases are one of the factors affecting the quality of life, community economy and health care. Especially the flu which is on the rise and is one of the leading causes of death worldwide In addition, the adverse effects of antiviral drugs and the virulence of influenza virus against these drugs and influenza vaccines due to the constant change of its antigen, it is a serious concern for people's health. As a result, the need to develop up-to-date methods such as the use of nanoparticles to overcome the virus is growing. The purpose of this article is to investigate the effect of nanoparticles on improving the performance of seasonal flu vaccines.Research Methods; The present study is a review study In order to collect content through search in databases using Google Scholar, science direct and pubmed with the keywords of nanoparticles, nanodrugs, viral infection, anfluenza,infectious disease were studied and analyzed purposefully and without time limit.Findings; Despite the constant change of hemoglutin antigen (HA) Influenza virus has reduced the performance and effectiveness of seasonal vaccines at present, but with the use of HA antigens in nanoparticles ،The nanoparticles increase the performance of the vaccine and make it resistant to some of the different strains of the virus.Conclusion;According to the collection of information and results of previous studies, the use of nanoparticles in the vaccine increases the effectiveness of the vaccine and induces stronger immunity.
