When foods aren't tasting right, poor appetite, bowel movement problem, constipation, diarrhea, difficulty swallowing, sore or irritated throat/mouth, feeling queasy, high blood sugar, dry mouth or thick saliva are presented, medical nutrition therapy should take into consideration these complications. Fat profile of foods, glycemic index of foods, potassium content of foods, food safety guide(clean, separate, cool, chill) to reduced food borne illness should be educated to oncology patients. Conclusion: One nutrition intevention doesn't fit all. Once the process initiated it is important to based on patient's medical and dietary history.
