چکیده مقاله:

FRP is a composite product made from fibers and matrices. Conventional industrial fibers such as carbon, glass, aramid and basalt are used in the preparation of FRP. Another component is the FRP matrix, which is made of polymers such as epoxy, vinyl ester, polyester, and so on. Each of these materials used to make FRP has unique properties that combine to produce better products than fibers and resins. In general, FRP fibers are produced in different ways. These methods include weaving threads together, paleting and vacuum compression. In fact, load transfer in FRP is done by the matrix and through the transfer of shear force between the fibers. Another application of the matrix is to control the local buckling of the fibers under pressure. Various factors affect the productivity of FRP fibers. These factors include the type of FRP fibers, the percentage of fibers in FRP, the placement of FRP fibers and heat transfer coefficient. These factors in tensile, flexural, shear, fatigue and electrical resistance are also effective in the cost of the product. In this article, we have introduced the types of FRP fibers and products as well as their properties.
