The Covid ۱۹ pandemic have been created with restrictions for individuals, especially in the world education sector, including Iran. In the meantime, teachers have been made possible by the conditions of virtual education and changes in work activities. The use of mobile phones and laptops has increased in the past and during quarantine. The use of cyberspace led to prolonged sitting and led to lifestyle changes and inactivity, which in turn increased musculoskeletal pain and physical abnormalities, including upper extremity cross syndrome.the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between musculoskeletal disorders and upper extremity syndrome with the duration of teachers use of cyberspace in Quid ۱۹ pandemic. The statistical population consisted of ۴۰ female teachers who are taught in a virtual teaching pandemic, who were selected voluntarily and randomly from among the teachers. After recording demographic information and the number of hours of using educational tools such as mobile phones and laptops, to determine the amount of forward and shoulder forward angles, the measurement method is measured and for angular measurement, kyphosis is measured by a flexible ruler. In the present study, SPSS software version ۲۴ was used and a significance level of P≤۰.۰۵ was considered. The results showed that there was a significant positive and strong relationship between hyper kyphosis abnormality and duration of use, and also a negative and moderate significant relationship between duration of social media use and forward head. There was a positive relationship between the duration of computer use and rounded shoulder. The COVID-۱۹ pandemic has exacerbated upper cross syndrome, so that cyberspace plays as a risk for postural malalignment.
