چکیده مقاله:

Vertical jump performance is one of the important predictor of lower limbsmuscle power and effective sport performance and considered as the most important fundamental skill in jump related sports fields. The purpose of current study was to investigate the selected biomechanical parameters involve in vertical jump performance among athletes.۱۰ elite athletes take part in universad competition were selected. The subjects were asked to perform vertical jumps on force platform (Kistler,۱۰۰۰Hz) in ۴ situations: countermovement jump (CMJ) with/without arm swings and Squat jump (SJ) with/without arm swings. Jump Height(cm),Vertical COM velocity (m/s) and Jump power (N.m/s) were calculated with Force data(۱).One-way repeated measure of ANOVA with LSD Post-hoc tests has been used to statistical analysis in SPSS software (P≤۰.۰۵,V۲۳).Countermovement jump with arm swings lead to significant increase in vertical height (۲۲.۵۳%,۳۴.۷۴% respectively) compared to compared to CMJ and SJ without Arm swings (P=۰.۰۲۷,P=۰.۰۰۱). Furthermore, the jump height was significantly higher (۲۲.۳۶%) in the SJ with arm swings as compared to SJ without arm swings. In COM velocity, there were a significant difference between CMJ and SJ with arm swing as compared to SJ without arm swings (P=۰.۰۴۳, P=۰.۰۰۲,P=۰.۰۰۵). finally, CMJ with arm swing lead to ۱۹.۰۶% and ۱۴.۶۱% higher Power in comparison with CMJ and SJ without arm swings (P=۰.۰۰۸,P=۰.۰۲۵).Upward acceleration of arm swings (۲۲%) and elastic components of stretch- shortening cycle (۱۳%), leads to a ۳۴% improvement in vertical jump performance. Current results imply the importance of Upward acceleration due to arm swing compared to elastic components of stretch-shortening cycle and it seems that the athletes with optimization of this key technical factor in vertical jump as high frequency fundamental skill, could enhance self-record and successful coefficients in jump related sports fields.
