چکیده مقاله:

A nanocomposite coating composed of polytyramine (PTy) and graphene oxide nanosheets@copper nanoparticles (GO@CuNPs) is synthesized through electropolymerization mode on the surface of a steel wire. GO@CuNPs was entrapped within the polymer matrix to facilitate the electron transfer, provide more deposition sites and enhance the adsorption capacity of PTy/GO@CuNPs composite. The performance of the nanocomposite was evaluated as a new coating for head-space solid-phase microextraction of bisphenol analogues (bisphenol A, B, E and F) in canned soft drinks preceding to gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The impressive parameters related to the electrochemical approach were considered. The main factors influencing the microextraction implementation were also examined. Under the optimized experimental test, the calibration curves of the target analytes were plotted, and linear ranges from ۰.۰۱ to ۲۰۰ ng mL-۱ and ۰.۰۵-۵۰ ng mL-۱ with limits of detection ranges from ۲.۰ to ۵.۰ ng L-۱ were obtained. The relative standard deviations using a single fiber and three fibers were below ۴.۵ % and ۱۰.۱ %, respectively. The recoveries of the presented method for real samples were higher than ۹۵%.
