چکیده مقاله:

In defining stem cells, two indicators must be considered: These cells canself-renew, meaning that they can perform mitotic divisions to maintain theirpopulation, and they can also differentiate into different cells. These twocapabilities make them candidates. appropriate order to be used in theclinic. One of the most well-known methods of cancer control and treatment is theuse of chemotherapy. Unfortunately, the side effect of this method is thedestruction of many growing cells, because the drugs used in this Method, donot differentiate between cancer cells and hematopoietic stem cells and limitthe reproduction of both. So it is necessary to use stem cell transplantation.Has been treating patients for over ۳۰ years Leukemia and lymphoma a bonemarrow transplant is used. This method contains healthy bone marrow Stemcells that are functional, replacing cells from Lost host bodies. In general, the role of stem cells in the restorative process is to provide ananti-inflammatory effect, replace damaged tissue and stimulate other cells, inhibit apoptosis, and differentiate bone, cartilage, tendons, and ligaments. Also, low MHC markers in stem cells lead to low immunogenicity in them. Inaddition, they are able to secrete certain chemokines to increase tolerance andreduce the likelihood of tissue rejection. Transplanted cells also help killcancer cells to some extent by stimulating immunity.
